Under appropriate circumstances arrangements for a short telephone consultation at the end of surgery can be made.  Arrange this with the Receptionist in the normal manner.

This Practice may undertake the teaching or training of health care professionals.

All surgeries are by appointment.  You have the right to express a preference for a particular doctor.  However, that doctor may not be available, especially if booking an urgent appointment.

To make an appointment telephone 648051 or call in between 8.30am-6.00pm.

Please tell the receptionist if you are unable to keep an appointment.
Surgeries are by 10 minute appointments.

Please note it will not be possible to deal with multiple problems in the time allocated.  A double appointment should be made.

Please keep to the same doctor for ongoing problems.

Failures to keep appointments or short notice cancellations cause a waste of resources. If you fail to attend three times you will receive a written warning followed by removal from the list should you continue to abuse the system.
